Mid Size Builder - Founded in 2010
By design we are a smaller company, leaner and meaner than the large commercial builders. Being smaller means we have less overhead and red tape, resulting in cost savings and better service for our clients. On the flip side we only take on one or two large projects at time to ensure our clients are served properly.
At Charisma we have huge capabilities and can take on most anything. What we do not have is the jacked up overhead costs common with big builders. Nor do we have the disconnect between sales dept and construction, no empty sales promises here!
Projects
As you can see we take on commercial projects of all sizes, small concrete jobs, stone and stucco, drywall, framing, doors and windows. As well as new steel, wood and concrete structures - Red Deer and Lacombe are our primary service areas. Note that our max risk tolerance is 5M on any new build project.
All projects are quoted STIPULATED PRICE, that means you will know up front exactly what the cost will be, how long it will take to build, and all risk will be on Charisma.
Staying in the local area we are able keep our staff and trades close by and available, easily pivoted when required. Our resources are used for the job at hand, not chasing the next big thing.
Meet the President - Troy Corsiatto
After working for others in the commercial world, and watching the box after box buildings being erected, it was time to offer an alternative. The saying "add some Charisma" may sound corny but it really means something to Troy.
He believes all buildings have a life of their own, not just workspace but also can be a feel good place, they set the tone for staff and customers as they drive by or pull up.
Your first meeting will be with Troy, he will follow your project from day one to turnover. He checks in on every site every day, providing his knowledge and following through on any promises made to the client.

Dustin Schaber - Operations
This is Dustin - he is the one that does the real work. Dustin is responsible for operations and site management.
Dustin is a team player, customers and our tradespeople really enjoy working with him, always upbeat and happy to talk, but is all business when it comes to getting the job done. With Dustin, communication is key always.
