NEW BUILDS

Steel - Wood - Concrete - we have built them all. We are a mid sized builder, our comfort level for new projects  is 1 to 5 million.  Being a smaller builder means we don't have the overhead, admin, sales people, junior and senior estimators, and multi project managers to add to the cost. We primarily build only for our existing clients but will look at new projects by referral. We believe that bigger is not always better.
